Mr. Lagan joined Congress Asset Management in 1989. He is the firm’s Chief Investment Officer, a position he has held since 2005. He chairs the firm’s Investment Oversight Committee and Large Cap Growth Investment Committees. As CEO, he is responsible for all business aspects of the company, with the senior managers of operations, sales, and investments reporting to him. Prior to being named as CEO in 2013, he was the firm’s President for 17 years. He is a CFA charterholder, and a member of the CFA Society Boston and the CFA Institute.

Gregg joined Congress Asset Management in 1986. He has held numerous positions during his time with the firm, in addition to his primary role as Portfolio Manager. In addition, he is a member of the Investment Oversight Committee, which provides governance and oversight on all of the company’s investment products. Jeff has over 23 years of experience managing fixed income portfolios on behalf of institutions and individual investors. His previous roles have included CEO of Prelude Asset Management, Director of Portfolio Management & Private Equity for Partners HealthCare System, and fixed income portfolio manager for the North Carolina Retirement Systems, where he was responsible for managing over $30 billion dollars in short-term and long-term fixed income assets.

John joined Congress Asset Management in 2001. He is currently chair of the Multi-Cap Growth Investment Committee, and a member of the Large Cap Growth and Mid Cap Growth Investment Committees. From 2001 to 2006, he was the Director of Equity Research for Congress, leading a team of six equity analysts responsible for compiling and interpreting financial data in order to make investment recommendations. He is a CFA charterholder and member of the CFA Institute and the CFA Society Boston, where he served on the Board of Directors from 2004 to 2010. John has been an instructor in the CFA Society Boston and Kaplan Schweser CFA review programs for the last 15 years.

Amy joined Congress Asset Management in 1996. She is currently responsible for managing taxable high net worth and sub-advisory accounts. Prior to joining the firm, she held positions at New England Insurance and Investments, Fidelity Investments, and Newbury, Piret & Company, Inc. During her spare time, she is the Treasurer and Secretary of the Our Promise to Nicholas Foundation, a member of the National Society of the Daughters of the American Revolution, as well as a member of the Minuteman Model A Car Club. Brad enjoys building long term relationships with the advisors he interacts with. Prior to joining Congress, Brad held various wholesaling roles at Dreyfus/ Bank of New York Mellon. He covered all channels from banks to wirehouses.

She has held senior leadership positions at State Street Corporation, Fidelity Investments, and Dwight Asset Management. Prior to joining Congress, Anne was the head of the Board of Advisors and Chief Strategy Officer for Trustfort. She is on the Charitable Foundation Board and Board of Overseers at Newton-Wellesley Hospital.

Previously, Kevin was a top producing Regional Vice President with several insurance companies. He began his career with Prudential Insurance & Financial Services as a Financial Advisor, before joining Lincoln Financial in their Broker Dealer Annuity Group.

Brad has 27 years of experience in the financial services industry, the majority of it focused on providing consultative sales support to financial advisors. Brad enjoys building long term relationships with the advisors he interacts with. Prior to joining Congress, Brad held various wholesaling roles at Dreyfus/ Bank of New York Mellon. He covered all channels from banks to wirehouses.

2002. He then moved on to sales and relationship management positions at JP Morgan and
Oppenheimer Funds. Just prior to joining Congress, he was the Southeast Regional Sales
Director for NorthCoast Asset Management.
Huston and his wife Julie are both graduates of the University of Alabama, and have two

Prior to joining the firm, he was with Bank of America, where he was Director of Compliance for Merrill Lynch Alternative Investments, LLC and Chief Compliance Officer for their SEC registered alternative investment funds. Fred has also held senior compliance positions at Columbia Management and Deutsche Asset Management. Of his many interests outside of work, he founded the Dedham School of Music, where he serves as a Board Member.
