Chris joined Congress Asset Management in 1993 and serves as the firm’s President. Since 2002, he has been a member of the firm’s Management Committee, which is responsible for strategic planning to advance the company’s mission and objectives. He is also chair of the Private Equity Committee, which oversees sourcing, due diligence, and commitments to nearly $400 million in private equity allocations.
Additionally, he serves as an advisory board member for several private equity funds. An avid cyclist and runner, he also maintains a small apiary at his home in Medway, Massachusetts. Chris is a CFA charterholder and member of the CFA Society Boston and the CFA Institute.

Anne has over 30 years of executive leadership experience, with a particular focus on creating and implementing growth strategies for financial services organizations. She has held senior leadership positions at State Street Corporation, Fidelity Investments, and Dwight Asset Management. Prior to joining Congress, Anne was the head of the Board of Advisors and Chief Strategy Officer for Trustfort. She is on the Charitable Foundation Board and Board of Overseers at Newton-Wellesley Hospital.

Ann Marie joined Congress Asset Management in June 2021, assuming the position of Chief Compliance Officer on September 1, 2021.
Before joining the firm, she was with Commonwealth Financial, serving as vice president of registered investment adviser compliance, responsible for advising and overseeing the firm's advisory activities.
Previously, she was a director at Alaric Compliance from 2014-2018, serving several of Alaric's investment adviser clients as their chief compliance officer or investment adviser consultant. In addition, Ann Marie has held senior positions at ThomasPartners, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Schwab, Transamerica, Post Advisory Group, and The Boston Company.

Vadim joined Congress Asset in 2017 and serves as Head of National Accounts for the firm. He is responsible for managing relationships with the firm’s intermediary clients. Prior to joining Congress, Vadim held senior business development positions with Century Capital Management, Taylor Investment Advisors, LP and John Hancock Investments. He was also an analyst with William Blair & Company and Kobren Management. Vadim is a CAIA charterholder.

Before joining Congress, Tony spent seven years at Amundi Pioneer Asset Management, where he held multiple positions within distribution including external wholesaler and national account manager. He began his career as a financial advisor with Prudential Financial.

David joined Congress Asset Management in 2012. His primary focus is on generating new business in the firm's equity, fixed income, and balanced investment products. Additionally, he fills a leadership role within the firm's sales organization by providing mentoring to the other Regional Directors and Internal Wholesaling team.
He has over twenty years of experience delivering consultative sales support to financial advisors across all retail intermediary distribution channels. Just prior to joining Congress, he held the position of Vice President/Regional Director with Goldman Sachs Asset Management.

Matt has been with Congress Asset Management since 2002. In his current role, he is responsible for institutional sales and consultant relations, focusing on endowments, foundations, and defined benefit plans. Prior to this current position, he spent time in trading, equity research, and portfolio management for the firm.
He is a Cross Fit enthusiast and enjoys coaching youth hockey in his hometown of Duxbury, Massachusetts. Matt is a CFA charterholder and a member of the CFA Society Boston and the CFA Institute.

Brad joined Congress Asset Management in 2015. He is responsible for business development and relationship management efforts throughout all financial intermediary distribution channels in New York City, Long Island, Westchester County, New Jersey, Delaware, Maryland, and the District of Columbia for the firm.
Brad has over 30 years of experience in the financial services industry, most of it focused on providing consultative sales support to financial advisors. He enjoys building long-term relationships with the advisors he interacts with. Prior to joining Congress, Brad held various wholesaling roles at Dreyfus/ Bank of New York Mellon, where he covered all channels from banks to wirehouses.
In his spare time, he enjoys boating, skiing, and being a Scout Master for the Boy Scouts of America.

Huston joined Congress Asset Management in 2016. He is responsible for business development efforts with financial advisors in the Southeast for the firm. Huston has over 20 years of experience in the financial services industry, with most of that experience focused on working with financial advisors in delivering a superior client investment experience.
He began his career in the corporate headquarters of UBS in 2002. He then moved on to sales and relationship management positions at JP Morgan and Oppenheimer Funds. Just prior to joining Congress, he was the Southeast Regional Sales Director for NorthCoast Asset Management.
Huston and his wife Julie are both graduates of the University of Alabama and have two daughters, Caroline and Lily.

Alli joined Congress Asset Management in 2021. She is responsible for business development efforts with financial advisors on the West Coast for the firm. She has over 25 years of experience in the financial services industry, with most of that experience focused on working with financial advisors across all intermediary distribution channels in delivering a superior client experience.
She began her career in the corporate headquarters of Franklin Templeton in 1997, then moved on to wholesaling positions at ING and Wells Fargo. During her 15 years at Wells Fargo, Alli covered the Retail and Private Bank & Trust channels. Just before joining Congress, she was the West Coast Regional Sales Director for Build Asset Management, focusing on the retirement space.
Alli and her husband Marker, both graduates of the University of California, Davis, live in the Bay Area with their two daughters, Cami and Regan. In her free time, you can find Alli on the tennis court.

Previously, she was a director at Alaric Compliance from 2014-2018, serving several of Alaric's investment adviser clients as their chief compliance officer or investment adviser consultant. In addition, Ann Marie has held senior positions at ThomasPartners, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Schwab, Transamerica, Post Advisory Group, and The Boston Company.
