Mr. Lagan joined Congress Asset Management in 1989. He has been the firm’s Chief Investment Officer since 2005 and Chief Executive Officer since 2013.  He chairs the Investment Oversight Committee and is co-chair of the Large Cap Growth and SMid Growth Investment Committees. As CEO, he chairs the Management Committee which sets the firm’s long term goals and direction.  Prior to being named CEO he held the President position for 17 years. He is a CFA charterholder and a member of the CFA Society Boston and the CFA Institute.  Prior to joining Congress, he was an auditor at Price Waterhouse.

Dan serves on the board of CW Advisors, a Boston based wealth advisory firm, the board and finance committee of Pope St. John XXIII National Seminary, and the investment committee of Boston’s Fenway High School, a public secondary education school.
