Bryce joined Congress Asset Management as a Compliance Intern in 2020. After completing his undergraduate studies in 2021, he rejoined the firm as an Operations Associate and then moved full-time to the Compliance department. Bryce’s responsibilities include overseeing the preparation of key regulatory filings, administering the Code of Ethics Policy, responding to due-diligence requests, conducting compliance testing, and providing compliance support for firm initiatives such as the launch of several ETFs.

In his spare time, he enjoys outdoor activities like alpine skiing, fishing, and biking, in addition to his passion for philosophy, cultural studies and automotive mechanics. He also volunteers as an alumni mentor to students at The Catholic University of America’s Busch School of Business.
